Stock & spending (products, receiving stock, expenses)
Add products, receive stock from suppliers, record expenses, pay suppliers and see what is running low.
Open Stock & spending
Open Stock & money โ Stock & spending in the menu. The tiles show stock value, items running low, money spent this month and what you owe suppliers. Sales at the POS reduce stock automatically.
Add a new product
Tap โ New product. Enter the name, selling price, cost price (optional), how many you have now and the low-stock warning level, then tap Save product. It appears on the POS straight away.
Receive stock from a supplier
Tap ๐ฆ Receive stock (or + Stock on a product row). Type the supplier name โ a supplier used before is matched, a new name creates one. For each item pick the product or choose โ New product and type its name and selling price, then enter quantity and cost each. Enter Paid now (or tap Paid in full) and how it was paid, then Save. Stock goes up at once and anything unpaid is added to We owe suppliers.
Record an expense
Tap ๐งพ Record expense, choose what it was for (rent, utilities such as electricity or water, salaries, transport, supplies, maintenance and so on), enter the amount, how it was paid and a short note, then Save expense. It counts in Spent this month immediately.
Pay a supplier you owe
Scroll to We owe suppliers. Each unpaid bill shows the amount; adjust it for a part payment if needed, choose how you paid and tap Pay.
Running low and advanced tools
Products at or below their warning level show a red Low badge and are counted in Running low. For stock counts, transfers between stockrooms, purchase orders and detailed expense history open More stock tools in the menu.
