Staff, trainers and payroll
Register trainers and laundry workers, assign trainers to members and run payroll.
Register staff
Open Gym → Staff & payroll (business owner or payroll permission). Add trainers and laundry workers with their pay details. A laundry-only business can register laundry staff; gym staff are only available to gym businesses.
Trainers and members
Assign a trainer to a member from the gym section so the front desk and the trainer know who looks after whom.
Run payroll and pay salaries
Review the payroll for the period, check each amount, then post it once. Posting records the salary payments as a salaries expense, so it appears in Stock & spending and reports; it cannot be posted twice by mistake.
Team logins
Staff who need to log in to BusinessHub are invited separately under Business → Team, where you choose their role and branches.
