Gym access devices (ZKTeco and Hikvision)
Connect face, fingerprint or card turnstiles and doors so only paid members get in.
Add a device
Open Gym → Access devices in the menu and add the device. Choose ZKTeco (Cloud Server / ADMS push) or Hikvision (HTTP listening). BusinessHub then shows the exact setup steps and addresses to type into the device.
ZKTeco setup
On the ZKTeco device open Comm → Cloud Server Setting (ADMS), enter the server address and port BusinessHub shows, and save. The device connects by itself and BusinessHub sends it the paid members.
Hikvision setup
On the Hikvision device set HTTP listening (event notification) to the private address BusinessHub shows. For sending members to the device, enter the device’s public address, username and password in BusinessHub; passwords are stored encrypted and local/private network addresses are refused.
Members and enrolment
Each member’s device PIN is their BusinessHub customer number. Enrol their face, fingerprint or card at the device against that PIN. Paid, active members are sent to the device automatically every minute and removed when the membership expires, so unpaid members are refused at the door.
Entries and troubleshooting
Every successful entry at the device is recorded as a check-in in BusinessHub. If a member is refused, check that the membership is paid and not expired, that they are enrolled under the right PIN, and that the device shows as recently connected on the Access devices page.
